Welcome to Sivien Design Collective!

All deliveries within the Sydney metropolitan area are coordinated through our preferred logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable handling of every furniture piece. The standard lead time for new orders is approximately 8 to 10 weeks. This timeframe refers to the production period and begins only after full payment has been received and the order has been formally confirmed.

Once the furniture is completed and has passed its final quality inspection, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date. Delivery includes careful handling, placement of the item inside the property, and removal of packaging materials where applicable. Access conditions must be confirmed in advance to avoid delays or additional charges.

Installation fees are not included in the delivery cost. Installation is an additional service, and pricing will be estimated based on the specific requirements of the item and the site conditions.

Please note that lead times may vary slightly depending on material availability, workshop scheduling, seasonal demand or unforeseen logistical factors. Any updates affecting the expected delivery period will be communicated promptly.
