Terms and Conditions of Sales

Welcome to Sivien Design Collective!

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Sivien Design Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order through us, you accept these Terms in full. We may update them occasionally without prior notice, and the latest version will always appear on this page.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before an order is placed.

3. Product Availability

All items are made to order. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly to arrange a substitute, refund or credit.

4. Delivery and Shipment

  • Delivery is available within Sydney Metro Area.

  • Estimated delivery dates are estimate only and can vary due to courier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Delivery fees depend on your location, access conditions, and order size.

  • Customers must ensure clear and safe access for our delivery team. Extra fees may apply for redelivery, stairs, or restricted access.

  • Once goods are delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for loss or damage passes to you.

5. Installation

  • Installation services can be arranged for an additional fee.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong item, or if the product doesn’t suit your space. At our discretion, we may allow an exchange or store credit subject to:

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price; and

  • All delivery and collection costs being covered by you.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Please check all items upon delivery.

  • Any damage, defect, or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos provided.

  • We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the item in line with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Custom Made Products

  • Custom made order, or special-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

  • Full payments for these items are non-refundable.

8. Warranty

  • All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • In addition to your statutory rights, most items include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or unauthorised alterations.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or shipment has not commenced.
Cancellations after this period may incur fees to cover administrative or supplier costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or use. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of New South Wales.
